Wellness is our way
Our wellness program helps CSWI Team Members adopt and maintain healthy physical and mental well-being habits. The program includes an online library of healthy recipes, nutrition tips and how-to exercise videos, as well as on-demand sessions with physical trainers and webinars with mental wellness coaches. Helping our employees stay healthy and safe is a priority, and our monthly wellness challenges often incorporate community-outreach efforts and special events. Beginning in 2020, CSWI’s program has received Cigna’s highest honor three years in a row!
